Creating a personal logo became an important part of my transition from illustration into graphic design. I wanted the identity to balance my traditional illustration background with the more structured and technical aspects of design.

After exploring a wide range of two-letter monogram concepts, I developed a custom “J” that could also read as a “W” from a distance. I refined the final direction with brushstroke-inspired details and illustrative line work to combine both my illustrative and graphic design influences into a single mark.
